Most on-site repairs, such as screen replacements, hinge repairs, and hardware upgrades, are completed within an hour. More complex repairs, including motherboard repairs, usually take 1–3 days for both pick-up and drop-off and mail-in services.

Yes! All our work comes with a 6-month warranty. If the same issue returns, we'll fix it at no extra charge.
